Please read it. By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we handle your information.

Where we collect it from

Directly from you, when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our email list, leave a review, use our website chat or contact us.

Automatically, from your device when you visit the site, through cookies and similar technologies.

From our service providers, when they collect or process information on our behalf. These are named below.

How we use your personal information

To provide the Services. Processing your order, taking payment, arranging delivery, handling returns, exchanges and guarantee claims, managing your account, and responding to you.

Who we share it with, and where it goes

We do not sell your personal information.

We use the following third party services, which store or process personal information on our behalf. Some are located outside Australia, including in the United States and the United Kingdom. By using the Services you consent to your information being handled by these providers in those locations.

We may also disclose your personal information where you have asked us to, where we are required to by law or in response to a valid legal request, or in connection with a sale, merger or transfer of our business.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. If you block them, parts of the store may not work properly.

The Services are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us their personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and how long we keep your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure and information sent over the internet is never entirely safe in transit, so please do not send us sensitive information by email.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, meet our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Order records are kept for a minimum of five years to meet Australian tax requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you.

You can ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete.

You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
