Ordering and delivery
Where do you ship from?
Every order is packed and dispatched from Brisbane. Nothing is shipped to you from overseas, so there are no customs charges and no border delays.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Australia Post's published delivery times are 2 to 4 business days within Queensland and 3 to 6 interstate, counted from the day after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $69 or more. Under $69, a flat rate of $9.95 applies. Express shipping is $14.95 to any Australian address.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship within Australia only.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. Prices are always in AUD with GST included, so the number on the page is the number you pay.
Returns and guarantee
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return anything in the range for a refund, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage for change of mind returns is at your cost.
Can I return The Daily Cards?
Unopened packs, yes. Because they are a consumable, opened packs cannot be returned for change of mind.
What does the guarantee cover?
Everything in the range except the cards carries a 12 month Settl guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, from the date of delivery.
Something arrived faulty. What now?
Email hello@settlhome.com.au with your order number and a photo. We cover return postage, and you choose a repair, a replacement or a refund depending on the fault.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
The range
What is the felt made from?
A 3 mm felt surface over a 1 mm anti slip backing, about 4 mm thick in total. Soft under a keyboard and mouse, and logo free.
What timber do you use?
Walnut. The Headphone Stand has a weighted walnut base on a slim metal frame, and The Note Card Holder has a warm walnut finish. Re-oil the walnut once a year with any food safe wood oil to keep the grain dark.
Which desk mat size do I need?
The Felt Desk Mat is 90 by 40 cm and suits most desks 120 cm wide and over. Our desk mat size guide walks you through it.
Do the coasters match the desk mat?
Yes. Same felt, same backing, same thickness. They are built as a set.
