Our Guarantee

12 months, on everything in the range except the cards.

The Felt Desk Mat, The Felt Coasters, The Infinity Pencil, The Headphone Stand, The Laptop Stand and The Note Card Holder are covered by a 12 month Settl guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, from the date of delivery.

The Daily Cards are a consumable and are not covered by this guarantee. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply to them.

What this covers.

Manufacturing faults. Timber that splits, metal that bends or corrodes under normal use, felt that separates from its backing, a pencil tip that fails.

What it does not cover.

Fair wear and tear. Surface pilling on felt, which is normal. Colour change in timber from sunlight, which is also normal. Damage from misuse, accidents, liquids, heat, or attempts at repair. Products bought secondhand.

How to claim.

Email hello@settlhome.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault and photos. We will assess it and, at our option, repair the item, replace it, or refund it. You do not pay return postage on an approved claim.

Your rights are broader than this guarantee.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits of this guarantee are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, not instead of them.
